Ordering an airbrush kit online
Click on Airbrush Kits on the top menu and follow the steps to checkout.

Make sure your quantity fields are correct, if not, simply adjust and click Update. Got a discount coupon or gift certificate code? Enter and click apply, then click Checkout. If you are a new customer, you may register an account. Click on the register button. It's a good idea to take the time to register because then you will be able to view the status of your order. If you're in a hurry you can checkout as a guest. Make sure to provide us with correct information when entering in your information. Payment options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.
Debit cards
We accept debit cards but please be aware it's tied directly to your checking account. While credit cards put a hold on your line of credit, debit cards put a hold on actual funds/monies. Please make sure you have enough funding in your account to make the purchase.
PayPal
We accept PayPal.com as a form of payment. There is no minimum order to use this feature nor fees. We do require the shipping address in Paypal be confirmed.

WHAT IS A PAYMENT PLAN?
The Payment Plan allows you to purchase a Dinair Personal Airbrush Makeup Kit and have the balance split in two seperate payments.
HOW MUCH WILL A PAYMENT BE?
1st Payment:
Issued on the date of purchase. You pay 50% of the kit price plus shipping and any additional products.
2nd Payment:
After 30 days of the first payment, Dinair will automatically bill you for the remaining 50% of the kit price.
HOW DO I START?
Choose your Personal Kit and customize it. Proceed to checkout, for Payment method, select "Payment Plan" and enter your credit card information. Once we receive the order, we will email you instructions for the Payment Plan Agreement.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
A Payment Plan Agreement and two credit cards. Please note that you will need to fax or email the completely filled out and signed Payment Plan Agreement and copy of two credit cards front and back. Once this form is received by Dinair, your kit will then be processed for shipping. Note: Both payments are paid using the primary card. The second card is a backup. In the event the primary card is no longer active Dinair will use the second card for payment.

You can create a color swatch palette by spraying your creations on a white sheet of paper and save your favorite shade combinations for future reference. Using non-Dinair products with Dinair's airbrush makeup
To receive complete benefits from Dinair makeup, we recommend that you only use Dinair airbrush makeup in your airbrush. If you need any pre foundation or makeup touch-up products, please see our Skin Care section.
Makeup for the hair
Not unless you want it to! Dinair makeup is spectacular for root touch-ups, fashion & fantasy art, but it won't end up in your hair without permission. The precise airbrush has a little overspray. If you're concerned about any overspray while learning to use the airbrush, just hold a tissue around the hairline while you spray.
Application usage
The 1/4oz bottle of makeup will last about a month for foundation depending on the amount of coverage desired. If you will be spraying blush, shadow, brows and liner the bottle will last 3-4 times as long. We also carry 1/2oz and 1.15oz. Click here to view.
It's an instant bronzer that is mixed in with your airtan solution. It allows you to see where you're spraying and it gives you or your client instant gratification.

Paramedical makeup line
The Paramedical Makeup is waterproof and provides fully opaque, breakthrough coverage for skin conditions, disfigurements, extreme weather conditions, or for those who participate in activities that cause excessive perspiration. Skin conditions such as Rosacea, Port Wine Stains, Vitiligo, scars, burns, bruises and severe acne will need a little bit more practice and trial with the airbrush makeup technique. It would be a good idea to see if there is a Dinair certified makeup artist in your area that can help get you started. Rubbing alcohol is best when working with the paramedical makeup to keep your airbrush clean and spraying properly.
Stretch marks
The most effective way to cover stretch marks is by using our Paramedical Makeup. Airbrush tanning will also diffuse the look of stretch marks and works great in combination with the Paramedical Makeup. See video on stretch marks here.

No. Please keep in mind that it covers discoloration but it does not get rid of the uneven texture your skin may have.
Cleaning after using Paramedical makeup
You need to spray 90 proofs or higher rubbing alcohol through your airbrush to properly flush it out. Then use our cleaner to rinse and use again. See our video.

Using a primer or setting powder
For the best makeup look and longer wear ability we suggest starting with a clean dry face. Dinair makeup sets on contact with the skin and dries instantly to a matte finish. There is no need for powder. If you need to moisturize, use the Moist & Dewy before, after or mixed into the makeup. See skin care for and extensive line of products to use before and after the makeup is applied.
Moist & Dewy
It's a spray on moisturizer that can turn Dinair makeup shades from matte to dewy with just a couple of drops which makes this premium product a "must have". Already included in all Dinair kits, the Moist & Dewy is used on dry, mature, and flakey skin. It works magic around the eyes to diminish fine lines and winkles after makeup application. Mist on 1-2 drops all over for a refreshed makeup look.

The matte look
Our makeup is matte by default but if you have oily skin we recommend our Shine-Free product. Before airbrushing your foundation, you may use this product and then use our Liquid Powder to blot down any excess oil (if any) throughout the day to maintain your matte look.
You tie it to the root of your hair and mix it in with your natural hair. Preferably you should choose a section where it's visible to others.

Troubleshooting your airbrush
The most common reason for an unhappy airbrush is dry makeup. It is easy to fix. See our video for easy cleaning tips. Make this a part of your daily maintenance routine to keep you spray optimal. If you feel that your airbrush is still not spraying properly please call customer service for instructions.
Cleaning your airbrushes
Here you will find how to take apart your airbrush, clean it and then reassemble it correctly. However, we don't recommend you take apart your airbrush unless you call or watch our videos.

Rubber band
The rubber band is used for daily maintenance of the airbrush. We use the rubber band to lock the lever in the back position for optimal soaking. If you are going to use the black travel cleaning caps or a jar of water this rubber band is a great tool to keep your airbrush happy in between uses.
Soaking your airbrush
Soaking your airbrush will remove buildup of makeup. Fill a small jar with warm water and adjust the water level so that you can submerge the airbrush up to the cup. Place a drop of Dinair Airbrush Cleaner into the airbrush cup. Use the rubber band to wrap around the airbrush lever to the end of the handle, securing the lever in a fully open position. Insert the airbrush into the jar of water so a little water flows into the airbrush cup. Leave the airbrush in this position until the next use and you will spend less time cleaning your airbrush!

Kits: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dinair Kit purchase, please contact Dinair Customer Care at 800-785-4770 to be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges. .
Makeup: Dinair offers an unbeatable color match service to ensure new customers are choosing their correct shades of foundation, blush, brows and even eye shadow! If for some reason you are not satisfied with the colors suggested by our Color Match representative we offer a sixty (60) day, one time exchange policy. Returns are not accepted on makeup colors, Airtan, or other liquids and expendables. Customer must make all claims for items that are missing, incorrect or damaged within 3 business days of receiving product.
RETURNS:
In the event you feel the need to return a product, please contact Dinair Customer Care at refunds@dinair.com or call 800-785-4770 to be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA#). Any package returned to Dinair missing a RMA# will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Packages containing expired RMA#s may be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense. Along with your return please be sure to include the following: Your order number; your RMA# (written on the box); and your complete name, address, phone number and email address. Please also include the original packing slip with a detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the items, and mention whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
IMPORTANT- ADDITIONAL RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals/dvd(s) that were shipped with original order. Returns received with incomplete and/or damaged merchandise may be denied a refund and customer may be held responsible to pay full value. Please send all returns via a shipping method that can be tracked (tracking number) with a proof of delivery or confirmed (UPS/ FedEx International International/ USPS Priority mail). Insurance is recommended.
REFUND PROCESS: Upon receiving your product in our Returns department, we inspect the condition of and document the items returned. We verify usage and any damage incurred by either the shipping process or the consumer. The full refund process can take anywhere from 8 weeks. As stated above, a 15% restocking fee is applied on all returned orders. As well, customers are responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges. Shipping is non-refundable. Again as stated above, returns are not accepted on makeup colors, Airtan, or other liquids and expendables. Please DO NOT send these non-refundable items within your return package. However, any items that fall into the non-refundable category can be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty:
Warranty is only valid for Dinair compressors. The warranty for Dinair compressors is one year from the date the equipment is received. After one year, please call or e-mail us. There is a $45.00 dollar fee for the inspection and repair of a Dinair compressor which is no longer under warranty. Airbrush inspection/cleaning/service is not covered under warranty and has a fee of $25.00 dollars. Dinair does not usually cover shipping and handling fees, unless the equipment arrives defective or DOA, this would have to be reported within 5 business days of receiving the equipment.
Defects or damages that may result from the following, which are not the fault of Dinair Airbrush Makeup Company, shall not be covered. These include: improper operation storage, misuse or abuse, accident, neglect or physical damage, inappropriate contact with water, unauthorized service, unauthorized modification of the system or the parts in any way, or other acts.
In no event shall Dinair Airbrush Makeup Company be liable, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), for damages in excess of purchase price of the system, or for any direct, incidental special or consequential damages of any kind, or loss to the full extent that these damages may be disclaimed by law.

60 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dinair Airbrush Makeup Kit purchase, please contact our Dinair customer care department at 800-785-4770 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). In the event the product (Dinair Airbrush compressor, case, motor, or brush/nozzle) fails due to defect or damage, refer to your user's guide and instructional DVD included with your kit. If the failure cannot be rectified, contact our Dinair Airbrush Customer Care Center at 800-785-4770 during regular business hours (8am - 5pm PST), and one of our representatives will gladly assist you with troubleshooting the failure. In the event that the product cannot be resolved by our representative then We will provide user with necessary instructions as to how to send the product to our factory service center for replacement or repair. Make sure to include a copy of the original packing slip and a detailed letter explaining the trouble you are experiencing when returning the item(s) for warranty repair or replacement.
RETURNS DINAIR makes every effort to ensure that customers are matched with the best, exclusive color match including Airtan, referred to as expendables, and that the merchandise used will be free from defects in manufacture and workmanship. We will gladly accept any return within the first 60 days of receipt/receiving product, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. Simply contact the Dinair Customer Care Center at 800-785-4770 and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Mark this number on the package when returning all items received. Along with your return please be sure to include the following: A. Your order number, Return Authorization number, your complete name, address, phone number and email address along with original packing slip. B. Please place Return Authorization number conspicuously on the package. If it is received and it does not meet our return policy we will not issue you a refund and the package may be returned to you at your expense. C. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the items. D. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement and how such refund is to be issued. Generally, we refund money to the payment instrument used at the time of purchase where applicable (credit - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and qualifying debit cards); incorrect information may likely delay any refund processing.
REFUNDS Shall be processed only after product is received and inspected. Refunds are not issued at time of issuance of Return Authorization RMA# either verbally or in writing. (NO EXCEPTIONS). Makeup: For new customers we have a thirty day, one time color exchange policy for makeup colors. Exchanges only. Returns are not accepted on makeup colors, Airtan, or other liquids and expendables at any time. DINAIR does not accept returns of cosmetics unless product received is not what was ordered, or within the applicable free color match/exchange period. All cosmetics sales are final. All predetermined holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks after Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years, Easter/Passover, Mothers Day, St. Valentine's Day and any other promotional occasion) as determined by any website or phone order advertisement / promotion by DINAIR, are non transferrable and are final. Unless within OPTIONAL INSTALLMENT PLAN terms and conditions (see below). No returns or exchanges on special orders. All claims for items that are missing, incorrect or damaged must be made by customer within 3 business days of delivery of products ordered. Customers within the 60 day money back guarantee period will not be billed additional monthly installment(s) as long as the products are received before the next applicable installment payment. If you are charged any additional monthly payments and merchandise is returned within the 15 days after the issuance of an RMA#, you will be refunded any additional payments. The DINAIR Coaching Program is available to U.S. Consumers only within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. REFUNDS - ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Refunds for merchandise returned in accordance with DINAIR return policy shall be processed immediately upon completion of all procedures and requirements referenced within the body of these terms and conditions. All refunds will be submitted to Dinair's refund department within 8 weeks of completion of all policies indicated herein. Approved refunds processed by Dinair to the customer are required to be credited to the original payment instrument provided (credit / debit) card on file, no exceptions can be made.
IMPORTANT- ADDITIONAL RETURN/REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instruction manuals/DVD(s) that were shipped with your original order. Returns received without original packaging will be charged a 25% restocking fee per unit. Dinair Airbrush Makeup assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged by carrier transporting and delivering returned merchandise. Returns received with damaged merchandise may be denied any refund whatsoever and customer may be held responsible to pay full value of product if any balance remains on their DINAIR account for damaged merchandise Returns with missing parts or intentional misuse or loss will be charged a flat $25 incomplete return fee per unit.
RETURN PERIOD AND SHIPPING TERMS - Our 60-day return policy starts from the day your product is received or expires 35 days from the date we actually ship the products to you. A Return Authorization number must be obtained within the 60 day return period as mentioned above. Standard restocking fee of 15% applies to all refunds processed in accordance with DINAIR policy and within the 60 day return period. Restocking fee is calculated based on th e full purchase price of product purchased. Refused packages will not automatically stop us from processing additional installment payments as applicable. The shipping, handling and processing costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs to deliver the merchandise to our facility. Dinair Airbrush Makeup assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged products or equipment caused by carrier. A decision made by Dinair Airbrush Makeup due to loss or damage is contingent upon carriers "loss / damage" claim investigation which shall be initiated by 1) Customer notification to a representative in DINAIR's customer care center at 800-785-4770. 2) Cooperating with any pertinent request by a DINAIR customer service representative for details regarding the circumstances surrounding the loss / damage. 3) The carrier's (UPS/ USPS/ FedEx International International/ DHL) inquiries to determine the ultimate disposition of the merchandise delivered, or claimed as not delivered, or delivered as damaged. 4) Agree that the carriers decision is final and unless appropriate and reasonable arrangements are made to secure the merchandise upon delivery shall accept carriers claim decision as final and thereby agree to pay for the merchandise as requested.
PAYMENT OPTIONS We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. When your debit / credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed.
PERSONAL CHECKS Checks will be accepted only with the acknowledgment by the customer that all checks are accepted for full purchase price ONLY, unless specifically attached to an approved DINAIR credit application! Upon receipt of a personal check at our DINAIR corporate offices located at 6215 Laurel Canyon Bl. N. Hollywood, CA 91607, all other terms and conditions relevant to any product sold by Dinair shall apply. Any such payment instrument should reference the order number as indicated on the DINAIR website or provided by a customer care representative at the time of order creation. Acceptance of any such payment instrument is contingent upon confirmed funds availability and shall subject the drafter of any such instrument to all applicable legal obligations under the laws of the state of instrument issuance. Any returned items not honored by the customers' financial institution for any reason whatsoever, shall be subject to a $30 NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee and may be subject to legal action up to and including assignment to a collection attorney to pursue recovery of all applicable charges and costs incurred by Dinair to seek remuneration for the instrument presented. Please allow up to twenty-one (21) business days for payment approval and verification of funds availability for order confirmation and shipments.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME All orders with regular shipping are shipped out within 2 to 3 business days after receiving order (start order date), confirmed down payment, applicable rush shipping charges, processing and special order requests . Start Order dates are calculated from the first weekday after order is called in or ordered via website. Orders with optional Rush shipping are shipped within 1 business day. Consumers can expect an average of 2 to 10 days to receive delivery after order is shipped from our facility. Contact us if you have not received your product within respective applicable delivery time. *These are estimated good faith dates and may vary in accordance with the volume of orders, volume of product being shipped, seasonal / holiday limitations of
the carrier specified. These regular shipping weeks may vary during "high volume days" such as holidays by up to two weeks earlier or two weeks later than estimated.
COLLECTION FEES AND GENERAL PAYMENT ITEMS Customer is responsible for all costs associated with recovery of the balance at the time of write off and prior to assignment to a third party assignee determined by the then calculated balance with all applicable interest, late fees, shipping and handling as well as processing fees. Upon determination that the customers complimentary installment plan is in DEFAULT, it is hereby agreed that all monies then outstanding, hereafter referred to the balance due, shall become immediately due an payable upon request. Additionally, all collection and attorneys fees for the then unpaid balance shall become part of the customers liability to DINAIR AIRBRUSH MAKEUP SYSTEMS, INC. It is herein mutually agreed that any unpaid indebtedness shall become part of the entire obligation of the customer and any negative reporting to the credit reporting bureaus on behalf of DINAIR and against any such consumer shall be at the sole discretion of any such third party assignee and will not be the responsibility of DINAIR. It is understood, from time to time DINAIR may enlist the services of a third party factor or financial institution to service the outstanding balance for any such installment agreement for the purposes of recovering all monies due, as if DINAIR had done so directly. After assignment to any such third party, that party shall become the holder of this agreement and will become your creditor. Upon assignment of your installment agreement to any such entity, you will have received 1) ample opportunity to resolve any discrepancy, and all outstanding amounts with DINAIR directly. 2) Shall receive a final determination by a DINAIR representative that your installment agreement has been classified as "DEFAULT". 3) Be provided with written notice by any such third party as to a) the original creditor, b) the contact information for such assignee, c) the address to remit the then outstanding balance at such time as notice (verbal or written) is received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS A 60 day money back guarantee offer is available to USA customers only. All international sales are considered final and cannot be returned. The OPTIONAL INSTALLMENT PLAN is not available to international customers. Cancellation of packages which have already been shipped are not allowed. Refused packages will result in restocking fees and both sending and returning shipping/handling/ processing charges. International packages will be assessed international delivery fees. International customers will be responsible for paying any applicable tariff/duty as we do not collect such charges before shipping product. Please be aware of your countries Customs fees and procedures. Dinair accepts no responsibility for paying fees enforced for shipping by other nations. All international orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order and delivery may be delayed due to customs and local government laws for imported goods are applicable. Rush delivery may be subject to availability. We ship USPS and DHL International. Please note that your country may charge you customs/tax fees.
